The prices are per person and day, including:

                                             V.A.T.

                                             Accomodation and equipment (LINEN NOT INCLUDED).

                                             Water, electricity and gas supply.

The price must be paid as follows:

                                             30% on signature of the contract.

                                             rest on arrival at the accomodation.

In the event of cancellation of this contract, the following percentage of the total, contracted amount will be retained:

                                             More than 30 days prior to the date of arrival . . . . . . . . . . . . . .5%

                                             More than 7 days prior to the date of arrival . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 15%

                                             Less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival . . . . . . . . . . . . 30%

The reservation will be considered cancelled and the company free of any obligation if 48 hours after the expected arrival date the client has not arrived.In this case no refund will be made.

Any refund will be made for departure before the date and time stated in the contract.

The reception times are:

                                              Arrival: working days from 17 to 19 hours/festive from 12 to 13 hours.

                                             Departure: before 10 hours from the last day stated in the contract.

Linen (towels, sheets,etc...)to rent at price of 1 € per person and day.

The minimum period to rent is 1 week (except Eastern week).An extra charge of the 25% of the price will be added to all bookings for a minor period.

A 10% of discount will be done to all bookings for a period longer than 30 days (non accumulative to other offers).
